In making skinless longganisa we will be needing this materials and ingredients;
- 1 kg ground pork (50% fat) ,
- 3 head garlic (crushed),
- 2 onion (finely chopped),
- 4 tbsp vinegar,
- 4 tbsp soy paste,
- ¼ tsp oyster sauce,
- ¼ tsp chilli sauce/powder,
- ½ cup brown sugar,
- 2 tsp Pangasinan salt,
- 2 tsp ground pepper,
- 2 unbeaten or beaten egg,
- 2 tbsp plain Bread crumbs/baking powder and
- Wax paper
- Food container
- Basin
Mix all the ingredients to a bowl or basin except for the eggs and bread crumbs. After mixing place it in a clean food container and cool it to be able for the meat to absorb the flavor. After cooling add the remaining ingredients the eggs and bread crumbs, mix well and wrap according to your desired size.
Serve it with fried rice, egg and vinegar.
